Convicted terrorist and multi-millionaire Omar Khadr spoke at an event on children’s rights hosted by Dalhousie University on February 10, 2020.
The event was part of the university’s Open Dialogue series, in partnership with the Roméo Dallaire Child Soldiers Initiative.
During the moderated event, Khadr was asked no tough questions. Instead, moderators decided to ask him questions such as, “how do you manage to trust people?”
Khadr received a standing ovation at the end of the event.
