Earlier this week, the NDP’s motion to recognize Palestine as a state was heavily debated amongst parliamentarians, ultimately passing in a softened form proposed by the Liberals, leading Liberal MP Anthony Housefather to tell reporters he would be “reflecting” on his future within the party.
